Most of getting better happens at home, on ordinary mornings, with nobody watching. Five minutes, the phone they already own, and a voice that talks them through it — so everything in between can be seen.
Illustrative view of the clinician dashboard. Sample figures, not a real patient.
Clinician dashboard Sample Line & circle drawingMargaret’s husband came home after a stroke with a follow-up booked three months out. Nobody was measuring anything in between, so she started writing things down.
Margaret was doing exactly the right thing. She just had no way to turn forty pages into something a clinician could act on. Turning those weeks into a line somebody can read, while there is still time to change the plan, is the whole job.
They explain, remind and put people in touch with each other, which all helps. Few of them give a clinician a number they can act on.
The patient’s phone feeds a dashboard the care team works in. Most stroke apps stop at the patient and report to nobody.
Balance, walking and limb control are measured from real movement — not from questionnaires or clinician assessment.
Developed in-house with a biomechanics research expert, and checked against reference recordings on every build before anything ships.
A patient is a random token, and the clinic retains the link between the patient and their token.
We looked at the apps a stroke patient is most likely to be handed on discharge. None of them carry clinical-trial validation. Neither do we, yet. Two trial sites are identified, the infrastructure is being organized, and our own biomarker validation is under way. We would rather write that down than claim a validation nobody in this category has.
Extend visibility into recovery when patients travel long distances for follow-up.
Study digital recovery trajectories and validate novel biomarkers prospectively.
Quantify functional change after patients transition out of direct observation.
Cuneate is built and in testing, with clinical validation in preparation at two identified sites. If you want to see the platform or the measurement work underneath it, we will walk you through it. Bring your questions about how it measures.
